My mom became a resident of this facility recently. There was a lot of paper work that had to be done-and of course everything is made 10X harder with Covid-19. Jennifer Skriletz was assigned to help me navigate through all thenecessary steps that needed to be done. She was polite, caring,professionaland helpful every step of the way–and I had many questions that neededanswers.
